1. Scope of This Policy

This Money Back Policy applies to all laboratory testing services, analytical tests, product orders, and any paid service provided by Phi Nanoscience Center (PNSC). By placing an order or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

This policy is designed to protect both the client and the center, ensuring fair and transparent handling of all refund and cancellation requests.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • The requested test or service cannot be performed due to a limitation or error on our part.
  • The order was cancelled by Phi Nanoscience Center before any work was initiated.
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
  • The service was not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and no extension was mutually agreed.
  • The delivered results are proven to be entirely erroneous due to laboratory fault, confirmed by our quality assurance team.

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellation after submission but before testing begins: Up to 70% of the paid amount may be refunded. Administrative and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation after testing has started: A partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed. Refund percentage will be determined by our team.
  • Partial service delivery: If only part of the requested tests were completed, a proportional refund will be issued for the incomplete portions.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The sample provided by the client was insufficient, contaminated, mislabelled, or unsuitable for the requested test — and the client was notified.
  • The client provided incorrect or incomplete information that affected the test outcome.
  • The service was fully completed and results were delivered as agreed.
  • A refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the results were delivered.
  • The dissatisfaction is based on the test outcome rather than a failure in our service or methodology.
  • Consumable materials and reagents already used during sample preparation.

5. Re-Test Policy

In cases where the test results are disputed for reasons attributable to our laboratory process, we may offer a free re-test as an alternative to a refund, subject to:

  • The dispute being raised within 7 days of receiving results.
  • The original sample being still available, intact, and suitable for re-testing.
  • A written explanation of the discrepancy being submitted by the client.
  • Review and approval by our Quality Assurance team.

The decision to issue a re-test or a refund rests with Phi Nanoscience Center after reviewing the case.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or re-test request, please follow these steps:

Provide your order ID, the date of service, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with a decision.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used at the time of the original transaction. Please note:

  • Bank transfer refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
  • Administrative fees (if applicable) are deducted before the refund amount is calculated.
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
  • PNSC is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment processors.

8. Changes to This Policy

Phi Nanoscience Center reserves the right to update or modify this Money Back Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage clients to review this policy before placing an order. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
